Square booklets are printed in full colour on your choice of silk or uncoated stock, giving a smooth, professional finish from cover to cover.
Each booklet is collated, saddle-stitched and trimmed precisely to its 210 × 210 mm size, creating a neat, durable publication ideal for both visual and text-heavy content.
Page counts must be in multiples of four because each printed sheet forms four pages when folded. Square booklets are available from 8 to 64 pages.
Saver, Standard and Express turnaround options are available if you are working to a tight deadline.
VAT on Booklets
Most printed booklets qualify for zero-rated VAT in the UK, meaning VAT is not added to the price when the publication meets HMRC's criteria for printed reading material.

- Ensure your artwork has 3mm bleed all the way around
- Include crop marks
- Set all colours to CMYK
- Export your PDF at the correct print size
- Supply one consecutively paged PDF (Page 1 = front cover, last page = back cover)
- Do not supply spreads
- Keep key elements within an 8–10mm quiet zone
- Allow extra inside margin near the spine
- Ensure images are clear and sharp at print size
- Embed or outline all fonts
- Flatten transparencies to avoid print issues
Colour note:
All spot colours (Pantone®/RGB) will be converted to CMYK. Pantone® colours may shift when converted. For best accuracy, please supply artwork in CMYK. Colour variations caused by non-CMYK artwork cannot be corrected once printed.
