Dibond - Material Overview
Manufactured from 3mm aluminium composite (aluminium faces with a solid polyethylene core) for strength without excessive weight.
- 3mm thickness
- Printed self-adhesive vinyl applied
- Extremely durable
- Maximum board size: 2440mm × 1220m (equivalent to 8ft × 4ft) in one piece
- Fully recyclable
- Square cut as standard
- Can be cut to a shape (additional charge applies)
- Can be laminated with either standard or anti-graffiti laminate (additional charge applies)
If supplying your own artwork please:
- Ensure your artwork has 3mm bleed all the way around
- Include crop marks
- Make sure all colours are set at CMYK
- Ensure that the PDF is fitted to the desired print size
